Does Grammar have any importance in our lives??

If you are very bad at using English like a native, you probably say that ‘I doesn’t think so’. Can you figure out any error in the single quoted sentence I have given?

Some of you have already noticed that. Yep. You can’t use does or its negative form in front of I. And, what abut ‘I do a patient’.

Do you sense anything wrong in that? Actually, the sentence should be ‘I am a patient’. There do, here am. What the hell is this??
